Questions buyers ask
Is KYC mandatory for rental?
Yes. A government ID and address proof are required before a rental device is dispatched. Corporates also share GSTIN.
Is there a security deposit?
A deposit may apply depending on the model and tenure. It is shown on the quote and returned as per the rental terms after inspection.
What if a device is damaged?
Report the issue immediately. Accidental damage is assessed against the rental terms. We aim to keep your work running with a replacement where stock allows.
How do I renew?
We email a reminder three days before the end date. Open My Account > My Rentals and choose Extend Rental.
